Many of our products are printed or embroidered specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our apparel is produced on demand, production and shipping times may vary.
Order Processing & Production
Orders are submitted to our production partners for printing, embroidery, and fulfillment.
Production times vary depending on the product, availability, order volume, and production facility.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates may vary based on the product, destination, shipping carrier, and fulfillment location.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
During holidays, severe weather, or periods of increased demand, shipping may take longer than anticipated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after receiving the package.
Multiple Shipments
Because Ashen Valor works with multiple production partners, items purchased in the same order may ship separately.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries for a single order.

We will attempt to correct the address before shipment; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or fulfillment.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Because many Ashen Valor products are made to order, ordinary returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or changes of mind are generally not accepted.
